Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Contact us at contact@misthaus.store to initiate a return
  • We will provide a return shipping label or instructions

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable for buyer's remorse returns

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
  • We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund (your choice)
  • No need to return the damaged item
